Books N.Y.C. Graffiti by Michiko RicoNosé.
N.Y.C. Graffiti by Michiko RicoNosé is a 150 page book jam packed with photos and artist interviews about, well the cradle of the Graffiti world... NYC! Printed in Japan.
The book has both Japanese and English text. Along with tons of photographs from around the city, Michiko-san includes a few very complete interviews with some of the most fabled and widely known artists of the NYC Graffiti scene: Seen, T-Kid170, TATS Cru, BG-183, and Nicer. If you're looking for solid info on some of the history and style behind the Graffiti movement in New York (and don't mind getting it from someone who is neither a New Yorker nor a graffiti writer) then definitely check this book out. |
